Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Expands Arizona Presence

GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Hot on the heels of its recent North Scottsdale expansion, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties has expanded its office in Goodyear.
“The new office is significantly expanded from our original Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices office space,” said Gordon Miles, president and COO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties.
Located at 1616 N Litchfield Road, the firm’s expanded location is immersed in a hub of retail and dining locations, allowing real estate sales executives the convenience of meeting with clients in a centralized area. The 5,000 square foot office includes open, collaborative spaces, updated amenities and modern technologies, all to better assist a new generation of sales executives.
The office serves three Sun Cities communities, as well as a variety of Phoenix suburbs including Goodyear, Surprise, Waddell, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Tolleson and Buckeye. It is one of twelve offices currently operated by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties.
“Goodyear is experiencing tremendous growth with numerous companies opening offices and buying land here. With those come a number of employees and home buyers,” said Miles. “We’re looking forward to growing the firm along with the city and expanding our brand in the valley.”
Top companies such as Amazon and REI Co-op have established additional corporate locations in Goodyear. Microsoft recently purchased land in the area for potential development. The city is best known for its southwest charm and professional sporting venues, including the famed Goodyear Ballpark – the spring training and player development home to Major League Baseball teams the Cleveland Indians and Cincinnati Reds. With Goodyear’s growing stance in a variety of industries, many have already started relocating to the area, making this an ideal time for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties to expand its presence in the city.
