Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties releases sales results
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties, a leading statewide residential real estate firm, released its annual sales results today. In 2018, the company completed $5.2 billion in total sales volume, a 7.6 percent increase over its 2017 sales volume of $4.85 billion. The firm recognized its 2018 achievements at its annual awards ceremony today at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa.
“It is exciting to share our 2018 successes with our incredible real estate sales executives and those that work with them, along with our vision for 2019 going forward,” said Mark Stark, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties.
Two Arizona teams, Sterling Elite Properties Group in Carefree and The Chandler Ocotillo Group in Mesa-Gilbert, were recognized for finishing 2018 within the top 100 of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ more than 54,000 sales professionals nationwide. Sterling Elite Properties Group was also named the No. 1 team in Arizona, completing nearly $54 million in sales volume, with The Chandler Ocotillo Group taking the No. 2 ranking. Ten individual real estate sales executives were honored as the top ten sales executives for the year. Kathy Kallner from the Scottsdale office was the top sales executive of the year, completing $15 million in sales volume. The nine individuals who followed included:

The company also awarded several top-level honors to its 1,000 real estate sales executives and their teams based on a combination of gross commission volume and total unit transactions, including:
Katy Messer was named the 2018 Employee of the Year, and Brian Chisholm from the North Scottsdale office was named the 2018 Rookie of the Year.
