Yorba Linda offices following rapid sales volume and growth
YORBA LINDA (July 1, 2018) Following three consecutive record-breaking years since its opening, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties is proud to announce the expansion of its Yorba Linda office, now located at 22800 Savi Ranch Parkway. The new office, located near Yorba Linda Boulevard and the Riverside Freeway, is more than double the size of the previous office. Approximately 100 real estate sales executives and staff members are already working from the new space, with capacity for future growth.
The new office is led by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties branch manager Larry Tait, who has managed the Yorba Linda branch’s growth since its opening in 2015. Bringing nearly 35 years of experience to his role, Tait will continue to foster the firm’s rapid evolution while recruiting and training new real estate sales executives in the state-of-the-art facility and training center.
