State’s Top Hispanic Female Real Estate Executive Joins Berkshire Hathaway

Rebecca Hidalgo Rains and team join Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties

PHOENIX (February 3, 2015)  One of Arizona’s most successful real estate teams has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties. Rebecca Hidalgo Rains and her team at Integrity All-Star Realty are now operating at 4921 W. Alma School Road in Chandler. Last year, Rains’ team of 10 sold $30 million in Arizona real estate.
Rains is ranked by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) as the state’s top female Latino Real Estate Agent, and #25 in the country in NAHREP’s “Top 250” ranking of Latino Real Estate Agents. She has worked in Arizona real estate for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in both new home sales and short sales. She and her husband James Rains manage the team, along with Janet Cruz Rogers and Michael Rogers.
Rains said Berkshire Hathaway’s brand presence and marketing capabilities will help bring her team to the next level of success. “Berkshire Hathaway’s marketing and technological capabilities will bring a new level of sophistication to our team, which will be passed on to benefit clients,” said Rains. “Our team is a very collaborative group of like-minded producers and we are all thrilled to grow our businesses through Berkshire Hathaway.”
Janet Cruz Rogers, who also manages the team’s real estate business, said the decision to align her business with one of world’s top brands was an easy one. “We realize the importance of branding, so it made perfect sense to switch to Berkshire Hathaway,” she said.
Rogers manages the team’s community service programs and serves as chairman and director for House of Heroes Arizona, a non-profit that serves veterans of the military and first responder communities. The organization repairs and renovates homes for veterans at no cost to them. “Giving is a huge part of what we do,” said Rogers. “It is my goal to give away a home to a very deserving veteran.”
“Branding is a critical element to a successful real estate business,” said Gordon Miles, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Arizona Properties. “Having one of the world’s most respected brands behind you gives your real estate business a distinct advantage. It also gives your clients the peace of mind that their homes are being represented by the very best of the best. We are thrilled to welcome Rebecca and her team to the Berkshire Hathaway family.”
